Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday night, September 1st, 2014 at approximately 10:22pm, officers of the Clarksville Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the 100 block of Jack Miller Boulevard.
Upon arrival they made contact with a male subject who had suffered a gunshot wound. The male subject was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died of his injuries. The victim has been identified as 30 year old Joshua Simpson of Clarksville.
This is an ongoing investigation and the Clarksville Police Department is asking anyone with information to contact Detective Chris Nolder with the Clarksville Police Department Homicide Unit (931.648.0656 ext. 5341) or the TIPS line at 931.645.TIPS.
Clarksville, TN – On August 14th, 2014, at approximately 9:08pm, Officers with the Clarksville Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of Chapel Street in response to a shooting.

Clarksville, TN – On August 10th at approximately 2:53am, officers from the Oak Grove Police Department responded to Club Gravity, located at 14629 Fort Campbell Boulevard in response to a call of shots being fired.
When they arrived the officers located shell casings in the area near the club.

Clarksville, TN – The skeletal remains recovered from the Dover Road area June 28th, 2014 have been positively identified through familial DNA testing.
The Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit Detectives, with the assistance of the Forensic Institute of Research and Education Unit located at MTSU in Murfreesboro, have identified the remains as those of 57-year-old Steve Howsare. «Read the rest of this article»
Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, June 28th, 2014 at 11:13am, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a location on Power Street, where skeletal remains were discovered.

Clarksville, TN – On April 16th, 2014, the Clarksville Police Department Homicide Detectives continued aggressively working leads in the death of Miles Hendricks and arrested two additional suspects in this case.
26 year old Joseph Graham and 18 year old Kentavius Cheeks, both of Clarksville, were charged with Criminal Homicide and booked into the Montgomery County jail.
Clarksville, TN – On Tuesday, April 15th, 2014, the Clarksville Police Department Homicide Unit made an arrest in the July 21st, 2013 murder of Miles Hendricks, which occurred at 727 Ranch Hill Drive, Clarksville.
Twenty-three year old, Curtis O’neil Shelton Jr. has been charged with Criminal Homicide and is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Jail.
Clarksville, TN – On Sunday morning, March 16th, 2014 at 2:20am, Clarksville Police Officers were dispatched to a fight in the parking lot of 700 North Riverside Drive.
Upon arrival, Officers found 31 year old Darrell Willis of Clarksville with a stab wound. Mr. Willis was transported to Gateway Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a 17 year old juvenile, Devron R. McWaine, who has been on runaway status from state’s custody since March 2012 and has a juvenile petition on file for Aggravated Assault.
On March 23rd, 2013, Police responded to the area of Commerce and Glenn Street in reference to shots being fired. McWaine was seen getting out a white vehicle and shooting in the direction of a 20 year old man.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have very little information to add to the events involving the missing nine year old. The child was interviewed and did not provide any insight into her departure from the house.
At this point, it appears as though the child left the residence on her own volition sometime before 5:00am. When the grandfather woke at 5:00am, he found the front door standing open and the nine year olds bedroom door open and the child was gone. «Read the rest of this article»
