Clarksville, TN – On February 23rd and 24th, the Clarksville-Area Chamber of Commerce held their fourth annual Home and Garden show at the Foy Fitness Center on Austin Peay State University.
The show was sponsored by the Clarksville-Area Chamber of Commerce, the Leaf Chronicle, and Furniture Connection. 57 Vendors were on hand to offer Clarksvillians tips on getting ready for the rapidly approaching spring.

Clarksville, TN - Tennessee Job Seekers a statewide jobs-growth initiative designed to connect unemployed Tennesseans through social media was launched today by Tennessee State Senator Mark Green.
The program calls on the state and local communities to lend support, experience and resources to those either recently laid off or Tennesseans that are unemployed or under employed.

Clarksville, TN – Charles Hand, chairman and CEO of Hand Family Companies and long-time supporter of Austin Peay State University‘s athletics programs, was inducted into the Red Coat Society, Saturday night during halftime ceremonies of the APSU-Eastern Illinois basketball game.
In its 10th year, the Red Coat Society serves as a Hall of Fame of service for the Governors Club, APSU’s Athletics booster club.

Clarksville, TN – Charles Hand, chairman and CEO of Hand Family Companies and long-time supporter of Austin Peay State University’s athletics programs, will be inducted into the Red Coat Society, Saturday.
