The Clarksville Fox is a women’s full contact semi-pro football team that is beginning their 4th season in Clarksville, TN. They will be holding sign-ups for their 2010 season on Saturday November 21st at Northwest High School’s Football Field (800 Lafayette Rd). Sign-ups will be from 12:00p.m. – 3:00 p.m., followed by some “Ultimate Football”. So make sure you come ready to play! Fox Fans, friends, and family members are all welcome to come watch the ladies having some fun starting at 3:00 p.m.

The 29th Annual Oktoberfest brought to you by the Clarksville Edelweiss Club will be held on October 2nd (4:00pm – midnight) & 3rd (2:00pm – midnight) at 790 Economy Drive, off of Hwy 76, by I-24’s Exit 11. Load up the car, bring the whole family, and do the chicken dance with a 6′ tall chicken! Enjoy music by Pros’t and Die Mitternachters. The Woodchopper Dancers from Toledo, OH will be performing several times each night. There are carnival rides for Kids of All Ages. The Clarksville Fox women’s semi-pro full contact football team will host the Iowa Crush on Saturday, June 13th at 7p.m. The Foxes are just coming off a 12-0 shutout win in an away game against the Louisville Knightmare last week. All Fox home games are held at Northwest High School (800 Lafayette Road)
This will be the last game of their 2009 season.

The Clarksville Fox Women’s Semi-Pro Football (2-3) team will host conference foe, Chattanooga Locomotion on Saturday May 30th 2009 at 7:00p.m. All Fox home games are held at Northwest High School (800 Lafayette Road)
The national anthem will be performed by Kevin Riner. The coin toss will be done by Harry Galbreath, a retired NFL Star who’s football career started right here in Clarksville. Harry graduated from Clarksville High School, started every game for four years at the University of Tennessee, drafted and played 5 years with the Miami Dolphins before going three years with the Green Bay Packers and finishing his NFL career with one year at the New York Jets. Since he retired from the NFL, Harry has coached at different colleges with last year being the strength and conditioning coach for the UT Vols.

The Clarksville Fox Women’s Semi-Pro Football (2-2) team will host Tier II conference foe, Tennessee Valley Tigers (3-2) of Huntsville, Alabama. This is the first of a two-game home stand for the Fox with games on May 23rd against the Tigers and May 30th versus the Chattanooga Locomotion (4-1). The Fox is coming off a tough loss against Tier I opponent Kansas City Tribe and is looking to strengthen their record and playoff seeding with victories at home against the Tier II Tigers and Locomotion. All Fox home games are held at Northwest High School in Clarksville with kickoff at 7pm.
Tickets at the gate are $10 for general admission and free for children 10 and under. In order to honor those serving our country, all military personnel and their dependents with a valid identification card will be admitted for $5 at each home game. The Clarksville Fox host the Louisville Nightmares in their 2009 Home Season Opener on Saturday April 25th at 7:00 p.m. at Northwest High School (800 Lafayette Rd. in Clarksville, TN)
Join the tailgating with your family and friends and fire up the BBQ’s. The gates will open at 6:00 PM with concessions available, a Fox merchandise booth, sponsor booths, Inflatable bouncers and slides for the children to play on, and music.
The pre-game show starts at 6:55 PM with the singing of the National Anthem by Country Music Recording Artist Courtney Michelle Dickinson, who will also be performing live during the half time show.

The Independent Women’s Football League’s Division and Conference Champions, the Clarksville Fox, will take on the Tennessee Valley Tigers in a pre-season game March 28th at Northwest High School located at 800 Lafayette Road in Clarksville. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. with a kick off time of 7:00 p.m.

Come early and enjoy BBQ’s and tailgating in the parking lot, but remember no alcohol is allowed on school premises. The Fox invite you to come sign-up to be a part of the Clarksville Fox, an All Women’s Full Contact Football Team which finished the 2008 season as the IWFL Tier Two Mid-South Division Champions and as the youngest team ever to play for a National Championship.
The Fox 2009 Season Try-Outs will be held at Northwest High School, 800 Lafayette Rd. in Clarksville.
All women athletes signing up must be at least 18 years of age by April, 1st 2009. Try-out dates are December 27th at 1:00 p.m. and January 3rd and 10th at 1:00 p.m.

The Clarksville Fox, the area’s all women’s semi-pro full contact football team, will be having try-outs for the 2009 IWFL football season Saturday December 20th, 27th, and January 3rd and 10th at Northwest High School at 1:00 PM. All you need to try-out is want to play full contact football and be a part of a championship organization.
