Visitors are invited to take a facility tour; participate in fitness activities to include volleyball, basketball, and the silver fitness program; learn about upcoming events and register-to-win prizes. The first 40 visitors to each Center will receive a free gift bag!

Kohl’s, USO, and LEAP Partner in Operation Go Green Initiative

 

LEAP OrganizationClarksville, TN – Leap Organization, a leader in providing youth development programs, partnered with Kohl’s Department Store and USO Fort Campbell RP6 to build a community garden as a part of Kohl’s Operation Go Green Program (http://bit.ly/1XyVoiJ).

More than 25 Veterans worked alongside volunteers from Kohl’s and Leap Organization supporters to build five raised beds gardens sized 8 x 4 x 20 to help young adults learn how to grow food year around on Saturday, May 14th, 2016.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – For those looking for seasonal and part-time jobs, Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Job Fair may be the solution. The event is scheduled from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, March 12th at Crow Community Center, located at 211 Richview Road.

A variety of positions are available in the department’s Aquatic, Maintenance, and Programming Divisions.
