On June 26th from 6:00pm until 8:30pm, the Army Community Service Family Advocacy Program will hold a Couples’ Communication Workshop at the Family Resource Center. Discover the common mistakes and barriers in communication, learn to handle conflict constructively and gain key skills for effective couples’ communication.

Free Shuttle for Middle and High School Youth to Fort Campbell’s Taylor Youth Center

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Taylor Youth Center (TYC) will provide a free shuttle service to youth in Middle School and High School.  This service will be offered during summer break.

Fort Campbell’s CYSS offers Family Game Night

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Join Child, Youth and School Services as they team up with Fort Campbell 4-H and offer a free Family Game Night on June 6th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Family Resource Center.

Children of all ages can join in the fun by gathering around one of the tables and playing board games. They will be serving hot dogs, chips, popcorn and beverages.

As you leave this evening of Family fun – you will receive a new board game to take home and enjoy.

Healing music reaches Fort Campbell Families

Blanchfield Army Hospital - BACH - Fort Campbell KYFort Campbell, KY – The sound of music filled the Fort Campbell Soldier and Family Assistance Center May 15th, 2014 as volunteers taught military children how to communicate through music.

VSA Tennessee, the state organization on art and disability, hosted an afternoon of art and musical activities for wounded, ill and injured Soldiers assigned to the Fort Campbell Warrior Transition Battalion and their Families during National Mental Health Month.

Over than 350 Fort Campbell Soldiers and family members attend annual Earth Day event

 

Campbell CrossingFort Campbell, KY – Campbell Crossing’s 2014 Earth Day event was a huge success over the weekend. With more than 350 Fort Campbell Soldiers and family members in attendance, the afternoon was full of exciting games and activities including fun crafts, face painting, educational booths, food from Whitt’s BBQ and more.

The event kicked off with the traditional tree dedication, led by Garrison Commander Col. David L. “Buck” Dellinger.

More than 350 Soldiers and their families came out to enjoy fun attractions such as face painting, educational booths and presentations from the Nashville Zoo and the Channel 4 Weather team!
