Beachaven WineryClarksville, TN – On Saturday, May 23rd, Beachaven Winery concert series ‘Jazz on the Lawn’ kicks will feature music by Roux Du Bayou. The music starts at 6:30pm and goes until 9:30pm.

It is also the first themed event. To go along with the music, it will be a Mardi Gras theme.

This is just off Dunlop Lane and Holiday Drive and only a few minutes east of Governor’s Square mall.

The meeting begins at 7:00pm and is always open to the public. Members please bring a friend or two – new recruits are always welcomed.

Beachaven Winery’s Jazz on the Lawn kicked off Saturday in a big way

 

Beachaven WineryClarksville, TN – Hundreds of people descended on Beachaven Vineyard and Winery Saturday, May 9th, for the first concert of the Jazz on the Lawn season. Chairs and blankets filled the lawn as everyone got ready to spend quality time with friends and family.

“There’s a huge crowd already and the music hasn’t even started,” said Louisa Cooke. “It’s a wonderful night and were glad it’s already jazz season again.”

The Bicho Brothers Band kicked off the 2015 Jazz on the Lawn concert series Saturday night, May 9th.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Section of Athletic Avenue Closed to One Lane

 

Monday-Tuesday, March 16th-17th, 2015

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed approximately 800 feet of the eastbound lane of Athletic Avenue from the Clarksville Athletic Club entrance to Dunlop Lane for natural gas main installation work.

The road will be closed to one lane daily at 8:00am until 3:00pm through Tuesday, March 17th, 2015 to allow for the work.

Clarksville Police request Public Assistance with Traffic Collision at the Intersection of Dunlop Lane and Professional Park Drive

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – This morning, December, 17th 2014, at approximately 6:40am, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a traffic collision that occurred at the traffic light at the intersection of Dunlop Lane and Professional Park Drive.

This intersection is one of the entrances to Gateway Medical Center. If anyone has any information related to this incident, please call Officer Brad Crow at 931.614.5615.

2015 Clarksville Dream Factory Duathlon invites you to come out and “Du The Dream”

 

Visit Clarksville TennesseeClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Dream Factory and Visit Clarksville are excited to announce the second annual “Du the Dream” Duathlon on April 25th, 2015.

The “Du the Dream” Duathlon will be held near Beachaven Vineyards and Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane, and will consist of a run-bike-run course designed for the whole family. All proceeds will support the Clarksville Chapter of the Dream Factory, the second-largest children’s wish-granting organization in the U.S. Money granted to The Dream Factory funds wishes of children who are not only terminally ill, but also children who suffer with chronic and critical illness.
