Fort Campbell, KY – Everyone is encouraged to set health and fitness goals and get moving at the first two events of the Eagle Challenge Fitness Tour, a health fair Friday and run/walk Saturday. ECFT events will continue at Fort Campbell and the surrounding communities through November.

Fort Campbell, KY – The Eagle Challenge Fitness Tour (ECFT) is a program for 2013 conceived as a vision from Fort Campbell senior leadership to provide our military community, as well as Oak Grove,KY, Hopkinsville, KY, and Clarksville, TN, with opportunities for a fun and healthy active lifestyle.

USAA Family Fun Event “Love Your Heart” to be held in February

Fort Campbell, KY – The USAA February Family Fun Event will take place in partnership with the Eagle Challenge Fitness Tour Love Your Heart Health Fair and 10K/5K/1 Mile Run organized by 86th Combat Support Hospital, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) and Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR).

Patient Recognition Month
Fort Campbell, KY – Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) dietician and local massage school students offered 54 patients and staff an opportunity to learn more about the valuable health benefits of activity, nutrition, sleep and relaxation February 8th during Patient Recognition Month as they participated in a Wellness class and received free 10-minute massages.
BACH Dietician Capt. Christina Deehl told patients to avoid “fad” diets and to be careful about taking supplements.
