Clarksville, TN – On March 17th, 2017 at 5:16pm, Clarksville Police Investigator L. Harris responded to a fatal crash at US-41A (Fort Campbell Boulevard) and SR-236 (Tiny Town Road).
Austin McElwrath, 21 years old, from Bumpus Mills, was driving a 2005 Suzuki Forenza in the right south bound Fort Campbell Boulevard travel lane waiting on a red light. His vehicle was struck from behind by Tyler Pettie, 25 years old, from Fort Campbell, KY.
Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday afternoon October 5th, 2016 Clarksville Police Officers responded to a fatal three-vehicle crash on Ashland City Road that was called in at 4:08pm.
Vehicle 1, the at-fault vehicle, hit vehicle 2 head-on causing vehicle 2 to collide with vehicle 3. There were four fatalities from this crash.
CPD has released the names of the deceased today.
Clarksville, TN – Currently, Ashland City Road is shut down from the Cumberland Drive intersection to Edmondson Ferry Road due to a fatal three-vehicle crash that was reported to dispatch at 4:08pm on October 5th, 2016.
Vehicle 1, the at-fault vehicle, hit vehicle 2 head-on causing vehicle 2 to collide with vehicle 3. There were four fatalities from this crash– The driver from vehicle 1 and the driver and two passengers from vehicle 2. The driver from vehicle 3 refused medical treatment.
Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016, at approximately 9:26am, Officers of the Clarksville Police Department conducted a welfare check at 160 Stateline Road, Apartment 13.
Arriving officers located an adult female inside the apartment deceased. Detectives were able to identify the adult female as 18-year-old Katelyn Thomas (Baldoni). The preliminary investigation revealed Katelyn Thomas (Baldoni) was assaulted inside her residence.
Clarksville, TN – On November 14th, 2015 at about 2:54am, 28-year-old Derrick Bradford Jr from Clarksville was driving a 2012 Chrysler Sebring passenger car east bound on 101st Airborne Division Parkway. The Sebring was struck from behind by a 2014 GMC Sierra pickup truck being driven by 26-year-old Jacob Clark, a Fort Campbell soldier.
The collision caused the pickup truck to override the Sebring, and push it through the intersection. Roshawnda Dolson, 28-year-old from Clarksville, was a passenger in the Sebring and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Clarksville, TN – Today, October 17th, 2014, the suspect to the Kelsey Drive fatal vehicle collision that occurred on December 10th, 2013 was taken into custody.
He had 5 petitions on file through Juvenile Court for Vehicular Homicide, Aggravated Assault (X2), Accidents Involving Death, and False Reports.
There is no further information at this time.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department responded to a crash involving a pedestrian in a wheelchair at New Providence Boulevard and Peachers Mill Road in front of Elite Motors at 8:57pm.
The pedestrian did not survive their injuries. Fatal Crash Investigators are conducting the investigation. The identity of the victim will not be released until the family has been notified.
Officers are on the scene and there is no further information at this time.
Clarksville, TN – On December 9th, 2012, the driver of a Honda was killed when his car struck a Nissan Titan truck that turned in front of him at the intersection of Trenton Road and 101st Airborne Division Parkway.
The 26 year old male was transported to Gateway Medical Center where he died from his injuries. The investigation is ongoing and charge(s) are pending.
Clarksville Police report Fatality Crash at the Intersection of Trenton Road and 101st Airborne Division Parkway
Clarksville, TN – On December 9th, 2012, around 12:37am, a Honda driven by a 26 year old male was traveling north on Trenton Road.
A Nissan Titan, driven by a 23 year old female, was traveling south on Trenton Road, failed to yield to the oncoming Honda, and made a left turn to go east on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway. The Honda crashed into the Nissan.
Clarksville, TN – On November 24th, 2012, around 4:02pm, a 2007 Chevy Impala, driven by Evelyn Ray, 86, of Bowling Green, KY was traveling north on Old Farmers Road, crossed eastbound Hwy 76, failing to yield to an oncoming 1999 Ford Mustang, driven by Maurice Pitts, 26, of Clarksville, TN.
The Mustang collided with the Impala between the driver’s side front tire and door.
