Barely a week removed from upending then third-ranked Indiana, Fort Wayne (5-2) will visit the Dunn Center ranked seventh in CollegeInsiders.com’s Mid-Major Top-25 and receiving votes in the most recent USA Today Coaches Poll.

APSU Men's Basketball - Austin Peay State UniversityClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University men’s basketball team equaled its best start in the Dave Loos era after dispatching Spalding 82-63, Saturday, in the Dunn Center.

The victory moves Austin Peay to 4-2, equaling six-game marks set by the 2000-01, 2002-03 and 2008-09 under Loos’ direction.

Tennessee Vols roll over Tennessee Tech 55-0

Tennessee posted its largest margin of victory since a 63-7 victory over Western Kentucky in 2009.

Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN Tennessee secured bowl eligibility for the third straight season with a commanding 55-0 victory over Tennessee Tech on Saturday before a crowd of 98,343 at Neyland Stadium in the program’s 93rd homecoming game.

The Volunteers (6-3) piled up 471 yards of total offense, including a season-best 379 yards in the first half and recorded their first shutout since a 24-0 victory in last year’s homecoming game on November 14th against North Texas. The win was Tennessee’s largest shutout victory since a 65-0 triumph over Vanderbilt on Nov. 26, 1994 and helped the Vols improve to 6-0 all-time against Tennessee Tech.

Saturday’s game will be broadcast on SEC Network Alternate with Taylor Zarzour (play-by-play), Jordan Rodgers (analyst) and Dawn Davenport (sideline) calling the action.
