Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators and Detroit Red Wings meet for the final time as Central Division foes on Thursday night at Joe Louis Arena, the last of four meetings between the teams in 2012-13.
Twelve days ago at Bridgestone Arena, the Red Wings claimed their second straight win in the series, 3-0, despite a solid effort in net by Pekka Rinne, who stopped 29-of-31 shots; they also won the last time these teams met in Motown, on February 23rd (4-0).

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators and Calgary Flames complete their three-game 2012-13 slate on Tuesday night at Bridgestone Arena, with both teams having won a home game to this point. The game starts at 7:00pm.
In their most recent meeting on March 21st in the Music City, the Predators overcame allowing two shorthanded goals in a period (the first) for the first time in franchise history to claim a 5-3 victory.

Nashville Predators get 5-2 victory over Columbus Blue Jackets

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators scored a big win tonight over Columbus with a 5-2 victory at Bridgrestone Arena. Another sold out crowd was on hand to witness back to back home wins, helping Nashville climb back into the NHL Stanley Cup Playoff race.
Taylor Beck had a goal and an assist during a wild first period, as Nashville scored 4 goals. Shea Weber, David Legwand and Matt Halischuk also scored in the first, and Roman Josi added an empty-netter to cap off the Predators’ scoring on the night.

Nashville Predators lose to Anaheim Ducks 3-2 in shoot-out

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators lost in a shoot-out to the Anaheim Ducks 3-2 in front of another sell-out crowd at Bridgestone Arena. Nick Bonino and Corey Perry scored to lift the Ducks past Nashville for the victory.
This was Anaheim’s fourth straight victory and eighth win in it’s last nine games, and puts an end to Nashville’s three game winning streak. In the tiebreaker, Anaheim goaltender Viktor Fasth allowed just one of three Nashville shooters to score. Nashville Predators begin seven game road trip at Minnesota Wild Tonight

Nashville, TN – Tonight is the first of three games in 2012-13 between the Nashville Predators and the Minnesota Wild – the teams will meet at Xcel Energy Center again on February 9th, and at Bridgestone Arena on March 9th.
The Predators have claimed the season series three games to one in each of the past two seasons, posting a perfect 4-0-0 mark in the Music City and a 2-2-0 record in St. Paul. Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators open their strike shortened season tomorrow night in “Smashville,” as the Columbus Blue Jackets invade the music city. The Bridgestone Arena is sold out for the Predators first game of the year, and the atmosphere is expected to be “electric.”
