CDE Lightband reports Power Outage due to struck pole

 

Clarksville Department of Electricity - CDE - CDE LightbandClarksville, TN – CDE Lightband reports an outage affecting approximately 900 customers in the following area:

Paradise Hill Road to Heitts Lane, Oriole Circle, Gary Hills, Golf Club Lane from Highland Circle to Madison Street, Old Ashland City Road from Golf Club to Alma Lane, Memorial Drive from Madison to Haynes Street, Haynes Street, Eastern Hills Drive, Valley Drive, Uffleman Drive.

CDE has received a 911 call about a pole being hit. Crews are en route.

Clarksville Gas and Water announces Haynes Street Water Main Repair Work Planned

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has planned water main leak repair work on Thursday, June 9th, 2016, at 8:00pm on Haynes Street.

Water service is not expected to be disrupted; however residents on Haynes Street from Memorial Drive to Mosley Lane are advised to plan for loss of water service during the work. Low water pressure may also affect area residents.

Clarksville Police release name of accident fatality on Madison Street

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Monday, February 29th, 2016 at 6:10am, Clarksville Police Officers were dispatched to a crash on Madison Street near the Haynes Street intersection where a small pick-up truck struck a pole.

The name of the female who died in the crash this morning is 23-year-old Amanda Jo Peake from Clarksville Tennessee.

Clarksville Police reports Person Killed in Vehicle Crash on Madison Street

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – This morning, February 29th, 2016 at 6:10am, Clarksville Police Officers were dispatched to a crash on Madison Street near the Haynes Street intersection.

A small pick-up truck left the roadway and struck a pole. The adult female driver died at the scene of the crash.

There were no other passengers in the vehicle.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Haynes Street Closed for Natural Gas Work

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed Haynes Street to through traffic from Mosley Lane to Memorial Drive for natural gas service line maintenance. The work is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 12:00pm.

Motorists will be detoured to south Haynes Street and Memorial Drive during the work.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed the southbound lane of Haynes Street from Eastern Hills Drive to Madison Street for natural gas line maintenance. The road will be closed until approximately 3:30pm.

Traffic will be directed around the work zone; however, motorists are advised to use an alternate route if possible.
