Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrests Driver in DUI Crash that injured Two Montgomery Central High School Cheerleaders

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's DepartmentMontgomery County, TN – On Thursday, May 23rd, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Roni Proctor, 26, for DUI and other charges in relation to the vehicle accident involving two Montgomery Central High School cheerleaders on Highway 48/13.

According to Sheriff’s Spokesman Ted Denny, “Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department received a tip Roni Proctor was at the Fortune Market on Highway 48. She was taken into custody without incident by Deputy Cody Lannom, Deputy Dan Gagnon, and SGT Kenny Austion.”

Clarksville Police arrest Man out on Bond for Theft after he falls through ceiling

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On March 17th, 2013, Michael Ryan Frazier, spent about two hours in jail before he was able to make Bond after being booked into the Montgomery County Jail on Burglary and Forgery charges.  He wasn’t out too long before he had another encounter with law enforcement.

On March 19th, 2013, around 5:00pm, Clarksville Police were called to 2220 Madison Street after Frazier was spotted by the business owner stealing an energy drink. The business owner confronted Frazier and a verbal argument ensued.

Clarksville-Montgomery County St. Patrick’s Weekend DUI Blitz

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Law enforcement had a highly visible presence over the St Patrick’s Day weekend. On Friday and Saturday nights there was a combination of Sobriety Checkpoints and saturation patrols on the roadways around Montgomery County.

Officers from Tennessee Highway Patrol, Clarksville Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Dover Police Department, and Austin Peay State University were part of the team effort to ensure to reduce injuries and save lives on the roads of Clarksville-Montgomery County.

Clarksville Police Weekend DUI Arrests for February 19th-25th, 2013

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – In an effort to bring more attention to drivers that drink and drive, the Clarksville Police Department is consolidating and publishing the circumstances which lead to the DUI arrest. They are arrests, not convictions. Clarksville Police had 751 DUI arrests for 2012.

Police made 10 DUI arrests from February 19th thru February 25th, 2013.

Dawn Britt, Clifford Campbell , Danny Debord, Zuo Gao, Ronald Johnson, Timothy McGowan, Luis Ramos, David Rogers, Leo Thompson, and Linda Woodhouse were arrested over the weekend by Clarksville Police for DUI.

Come out to the Lone Oak Picnic this Saturday for some good old Family Fun

 

The Civitan ClubCunningham, TN – The 104th annual Lone Oak Picnic will be held Saturday, July 28th, 2012, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Central Civitan Building.

The Lone Oak Picnic features old time BBQ, political speeches, gospel and bluegrass music, inflatables, and a car show. This year there will be a raffle for a Gun Safe and 4 Guns.

The Lone Oak Picnic is a tradition dating back to 1908, and the Central Civitan Club is proud to host this wholesome, fun, community and family event. All are welcome.

Northwest beat Clarksville National Blue 10-0 in the semi finals of the District 9 Little League Baseball Tournament Friday Night

 

Montgomery Central Little League is hosting the District 9 Ten Year Old baseball tournament.

Little League BaseballCunningham, TN – The District 9 Little League Baseball Tournament had it’s semi finals game Friday night with Clarksville National Blue facing Northwest.

Northwest defeated Clarksville National Blue 10-0 behind the one hit pitching of Gabe Sibert. Aaron Denhart led Northwest batters with three hits, two for doubles. With the win, Northwest will face St. Bethlehem in District 9 Championship game Saturday night.
