Clarksville, TN – On March 7th, 2013, around 3:40pm, Clarksville Police were called to perform a welfare check at 1812 Apex Drive after receiving a 911 call about a residence which was filthy, packed with trash, and children were seen at the house.
Officer Jeffrey Jackson arrived and asked if he could check on the welfare of the children based on the 911 call which Police received. He was allowed inside of the residence and likened the residence to that of a hoarder.

A woman claims to be sexually assaulted after becoming acquainted with the man through a phone chat line.
Clarksville, TN – A 53 year old woman had been chatting with a man through a phone chat line and agreed to meet with him.
She met the man, Ratrellis Garnett, at a service station on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, at which time, the decision was made to go back to the his hotel room to have something to drink.

Clarksville Police arrest Man for throwing One Year Old Child against Wall during Domestic Dispute

A man is charged after threatening his girlfriend with a knife, throwing a one year old female child against a wall, and punching a hole in the wall during a domestic dispute.
Clarksville, TN – On November 14th, 2012, around 5:15pm, Police were called to 3709 Nadia Drive for a domestic in progress in which a man, Patrick Winter, 31, had been drinking and threatened a woman and child with a knife. She had locked him outside of the residence and called Police.
When Police arrived, they were told that Patrick Winter had come home from work and started to argue with his 31 year old girlfriend. It was alleged that it turned physical and Winter grabbed the victim’s hand and twisted the wrist causing some fingernails to break.
