Austin Peay State University Lady Govs - APSUMartin, TN – Austin Peay State University women’s basketball team saw its 2013-14 season come to an end in an historic performance by UT Martin, Saturday, at the Elam Center.

Behind 44 points from Heather Butler on the Skyhawks’ Senior Day, the Lady Govs saw their Ohio Valley Conference Tournament hopes evaporate in a 116-85 defeat.

Maikea Davis named APSU Athlete of the Week

APSU - Austin Peay State University SportsClarksville, TN – Junior sprinter Maikea Davis, of the Austin Peay State University women’s track and field team, has been named this week’s Copies in a Flash APSU Athlete of the Week.

Davis had a hand in 23 of Austin Peay’s 140 points at last weekend’s SIU Invitational, leading the Lady Govs to a second-place finish in Carbondale.
