Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators will host the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday night at the Bridgestone Arena, at 7:00pm CT. In their last meeting on February 28th, 2012, the Hurricanes escaped with a 4-3 win at PNC Arena.
The last time Carolina paid a visit to Nashville was January 7th, 2012, and the Predators notched four power-play goals on their way to a 5-2 win. Patric Hornqvist had two power-play goals while Shea Weber, Craig Smith and Ryan Ellis all scored for the Predators.
Nashville, TN - The banged up Nashville Predators put up a great effort tonight against the visiting Vancouver Canucks, but in the end, the Canucks were able to overwhelm Nashville, 3-1.
Ryan Kesler scored twice for Vancouver in the third period, and Roberto Luongo was solid in goal, stopping 30 shots on the night, and the Canucks have now won three games on their current four game road trip.
Nashville Predators vs. Chicago Blackhawks

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators return home to the friendly confines of the Bridgestone Arena, after a franchise record road trip, to face the Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks, Saturday night.
Last time out, Nashville lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins, 4-1.
Nashville posted the first goal of the game for the first time in three games, as Gabriel Bourque tipped in a Kevin Klein shot. It was Bourque’s second goal of the season, and Klein’s first point/assist since April 23rd, 2013 vs. Calgary.
Nashville Predators at Los Angeles Kings

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators and Los Angeles Kings meet for the second of their three-game 2013-14 slate on Saturday, November 2nd, in Los Angeles, CA.
Nashville has won 11-of-20 games against the Kings since the beginning of the 2008-09 season (11-8-1). The Kings are the only Western Conference team that the Predators have a winning record against on the road (14-11-3), but a losing record against at home (10-14-4).
Nashville Predators at Phoenix Coyotes

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators last visited Jobing.com Arena on January 28th, 2013, when the Coyotes shut out the Predators 4-0. The ‘Yotes got goals from Antonie Vermette, Lauri Korpikoski, Nick Johnson and Keith Yandle, while Chad Johnson made 21 saves on the night.
Since the start of the 2003-04 campaign the Predators are 19-13-(1)-2 against Phoenix, while posting an 8-8-2 mark at Jobing.com Arena during that span.
Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators and St. Louis Blues face-off on Bridgestone Arena ice on Saturday night for the first time in 2013-14. These two teams will meet three times in the Music City, but won’t meet up again in Nashville until March 6th, 2014.
The Predators have posted a 22-12-9 mark all-time against the Blues on home ice, but have lost three straight going back to February 23rd, 2012 (1-0-2). Two of Nashville’s home losses during that span came via the shootout, a common theme in the series – the teams have needed the post-overtime tiebreaker to determine a winner 13 times, with Nashville posting an 8-5 record.
Nashville, TN - The Predatorss and Jets face-off Thursday night for the first of two meetings in the Music City this season. The Predators have earned at least a point in nine of 10 games against the team formerly known as the Thrashers since 2005-06, going 7-1-2 in that span. Overall, Nashville is 6-2-0 against the Jets/Thrashers on home ice since the 1999-00 season, and have won three straight at Bridgestone Arena dating back to Jan. 30th, 2010.

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators and Montreal Canadiens square off for the first time since November 12th, 2011, and the first time in La Métropole since November 18th, 2010.
Nashville is an even 5-5-4 in 14 all-time games against Montreal, but has only lost to the League’s oldest team once on Bell Centre ice since December 18th, 2003. The Preds are 55-33-16 against the Eastern Conference since 2005-06 and 31-16-9 vs. the East since 2009-10.
Nashville Predators at Colorado Avalanche

Nashville, TN – In the Preds’ last trip to the Pepsi Center on March 30th, 2013, goaltenders Pekka Rinne and Semyon Varlamov stole the show, stopping a combined 57-of-58 shots over nearly 61 minutes of play. The Preds would fall 1-0 in overtime, but earn at least a point for the fifth time in their last six trips to Denver (4-1-1 record).
Dating back to November 25th, 2009, the Predators are 5-2-1 at the Pepsi Center, outscoring the Avalanche 28-17. All time, Nashville is 12-12-4 in the Mile High City.
St. Louis, MO – The Nashville Predators started the season on the road to St. Louis and a date with the Blues, but didn’t get the results they were after. Pekka Rinne was pulled from net in the first period after St. Louis built a three goal lead. Carl Hutton would take up the net the rest of the way, allowing only one more goal
David Backes scored on a power play after Patrik Berglund won the offensive zone to net the first goal just 2:05 into the game. Vladimir Slobotka took an outlet pass from Jay Bouwmeester, fought off Nashville’s Kevin Klein, and put the Blues on the board again, 2-0.
