Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Department of Electricity reports a large outage that affects approximately 620 customers.
It affects the following areas: Clarksville Academy, Kraft Street to New Providence Boulevard, Frosty Morn Drive, Riverside Drive, North 2nd to College Street, Spring Street, McClure Street, Jefferson Street, Cumberland Terrace, North 1st Street (High Point Row) and the surrounding areas.
There are some scattered outages throughout the city as well – there are crews on site trying to restore power as quickly as possible.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has planned a water outage on North Spring Street at 8:30pm Tuesday evening to replace a water valve and fire hydrant. The outage will affect North Spring Street from Riverside Drive to McClure Street until approximately 2:00am. early Wednesday morning.
North Spring Street will also be closed to traffic during the work.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Anderson Drive from McClure Street to North Second Street to repair a water main leak. The outage is anticipated to be complete by approximately 5:00pm.
Anderson Drive is also closed to traffic and motorists will detoured to McClure Street to North Second Street.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Spring Street from Main Street to McClure Street to repair a water main leak. The outage is anticipated to be complete by approximately 12:00pm.
Spring Street is closed to traffic from McClure Street to Beaumont Street. Traffic will be detoured to McClure and Jefferson streets.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Downtown Market will be on Public Square this Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm. There will be Tennessee produce, meats, cut flowers, baked goods, and a variety of different arts and crafts available for purchase.
This has been a wonderful season this year. Once or twice the weather has not been as good to us as may be the case this Saturday but we will push through. There are now 5 weeks left so be sure to stop by and stock up on any items that you may need to have over the winter months.

Clarksville, TN – A Clarksville Gas and Water construction crew will close approximately 500 feet of the outer northbound lane on North Riverside Drive between McClure Street and North Spring Street tomorrow night at 9:00pm.

Clarksville, TN – A Clarksville Gas and Water construction crew will close approximately 500 feet of the outer eastbound lane on North Riverside Drive at the North Spring Street intersection tomorrow from 7:30am until approximately 12:30pm.
Workers will relocate a fire hydrant that will also require closing North Spring Street between North Riverside Drive and McClure Street.
The inside lane of North Riverside Drive will be open to motorists and North Spring Street traffic will be directed to McClure Street.

Clarksville, TN – A Clarksville Gas and Water construction crew has closed a section of McClure Street from Wilcox Street to Spring Street to repair a water main leak.
Area residents may experience low water pressure and a water outage is possible during the work.
