Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s three community centers will adjust their hours of operation this December to accommodate students in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and their holiday schedule.
The Kleeman Community Center, Crow Community Center and Burt-Cobb Community Center will be open from 10:00am to 7:00pm beginning Thursday, December 20th and ending Friday, January 4th, 2013 as students will be out of school for the holiday break. «Read the rest of this article»
Clarksville Firefighters giving away Smoke Detectors
Clarksville TN – The Clarksville Firefighters Association is conducting their annual smoke detector give-away, providing life saving devices to those in need this holiday season. The Firefighters Association is working with Manna Cafe Ministries to reach the most people in need.
They held their first event Thursday night, and will be at the Vacation Motel located in New Providence at 650 Providence Boulevard next Tuesday night December 11th from 5:00pm-6:00pm

Clarksville Parks and Recreation now offering Pool Party Packages

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department now offers Pool Party Packages for those wishing to celebrate at the indoor pool!
Pool Party Packages are available during regular operating hours for parties of 10-20 people. Groups of more than 20 can be booked as a private party. Reservations must be made in advance through the Parks and Recreation Department.

Clarksville, TN – The Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, will be closed until 3:00pm today. This closure is due to mechanical issues that are currently being repaired.

Indoor Aquatic Center to have new Climbing Wall Feature
Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department invites you to enjoy the Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, this fall and winter! The Indoor Aquatic Center opens its doors for the Indoor Season on Monday, October 1st.
Enjoy a day of free admission, refreshments and free Wibit and Aqua Climb access on Opening Day from 7:00am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm until 8:00pm.
