Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators return to Bridgestone Arena Thursday night to host the Dallas Stars following their 4-1 win over the New York rangers Tuesday night.
The Predators and the Stars square off for the first of five meetings this season.
In their last meeting at Bridgestone Arena on April 12th, the Stars used two first-period goals and three goals in the final 40 minutes to defeat the Predators, 5-2.
Carolina Hurricanes vs. Nashville Predators

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators will host the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday night at the Bridgestone Arena, at 7:00pm CT. In their last meeting on February 28th, 2012, the Hurricanes escaped with a 4-3 win at PNC Arena.
The last time Carolina paid a visit to Nashville was January 7th, 2012, and the Predators notched four power-play goals on their way to a 5-2 win. Patric Hornqvist had two power-play goals while Shea Weber, Craig Smith and Ryan Ellis all scored for the Predators.
Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators had the Philadelphia Flyers down 2-1 late in the third period, but Sean Couturier tide it at 13:07, and Vincent Lecavalier scored the only shootout goal, and the Flyers get the extra point in the 3-2 victory.
Philadelphia scored first when Claude Giroux scored at 16:49, taking a loose puck after a blocked shot, and scoring his fourth goal of the season,giving the Flyers a 1-0 lead.
Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators broke-out of their slump in a big way, as they returned to Bridgestone Arena to face the defending Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks, and beat Chicago 7-2.
Craig Smith led the way for the Predators with a goal and two assists, as Nashville broke out of their scoring slump, and got great goaltending from Marek Mazanek who stopped 33-35 shots on goal.

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators return home to the friendly confines of the Bridgestone Arena, after a franchise record road trip, to face the Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks, Saturday night.
Last time out, Nashville lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins, 4-1.
Nashville posted the first goal of the game for the first time in three games, as Gabriel Bourque tipped in a Kevin Klein shot. It was Bourque’s second goal of the season, and Klein’s first point/assist since April 23rd, 2013 vs. Calgary.

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators are limping into the final game of their franchise record 7 game road trip as they visit Consol Energy Center to face the Pittsburgh Penguins, at 6:00pm CT.
The Predators are coming off a 3-1 loss to the New York Islanders, as Marek Mazanec made his first NHL start in goal. Mazanec turned away 30-of-33 shots on the night. Nashville has now used four goalies in the season, since Pekka Rinne went down with an infection to his hip.
Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators continue to struggle in all phases of the game, as the New York Islanders defeated the Predators 3-1, at Nassau Coliseum.
New York goalie Kevin Poulin stopped 32 shots on the night as the Isles snapped a four game losing streak.
Nashville was playing the sixth game of a seven-game road trip, having dropped their last two games by a total of 10 unanswered goals. Patric Hornqvist finally broke through for Nashville, with the lone Predators’ goal of the night, with 5:30 left in the game.

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators hope to break out of their scoring slump when they visit Nassau Coliseum Tuesday night to take on the New York Islanders. Nashville holds an 11-3-2 edge all-time in the series, and has garnered points in all 10 games since the start of the 2002-03 campaign. The Predators are 4-1-2 all-time at Nassau Coliseum.
These two teams last met a month ago in the Music City, when a four-goal second period, including Seth Jones’ first career goal, saw the game tied after 40 minutes. Ryan Ellis’ goal 3:23 into the third period broke the tie as the Predators took home the 3-2 win.
Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators suffered their second shut out loss in a row at the hands of the New Jersey Devils, in a 5-0 game at Prudential Center.
Jaromir Jagr, the future Hall of Famer, reached 1701 points with a goal and an assist, and Travis Zajac scored his 100th goal of his career as the Devils completely dominated tonights game. Martin Brodeur, another future Hall of Famer, recorded his 123rd career shutout.
There weren’t too many highlights for the Predators as they continue their marathon road trip, and their lack of scoring has to be of concern to coach Barry Trotz.
Nashville Predators at New Jersey Devils

Nashville, TN - The Nashville Predators continue their road trip with a visit to the New Jersey Devils on Sunday at the Prudential Center. This will be the first of two meetings between the two clubs this season.
The Predators and Devils last met up on October 15th, 2011, as the post-overtime tiebreaker was needed once again. The Predators jumped out to an early lead with a two-goal first period, but the Devils responded with a two-goal period of their own in the third to force overtime. After a scoreless overtime period, Ilya Kovalchuk beat Pekka Rinne in the shootout to secure the win for New Jersey.
