Clarksville Police report a Man was shot in the Foot after attempting to buy Drugs

Clarksville, TN – On January 15th, 2013, around 8:30pm, Clarksville Police responded to the area of 31 Lincoln Drive after 911 received a call that a man had been shot in the foot and robbed. According to the caller, he was headed to the APSU campus, flagged down by two men, and was then robbed.
The story quickly unraveled and the true story was revealed after officers arrived on scene and found a 33 year old man inside of his truck who had sustained a gunshot wound to his left foot.
Mark Austin Ellis is wanted by Clarksville Police for Aggravated Robbery and several other warrants.

Joseph Adkins still at large
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are still looking for Joseph Brent Adkins (W/M, DOB: 3/29/79), an AWOL soldier, who has six outstanding warrants on File; Two Theft (Felony), 3 General Sessions Capiases, and a Petition to Revoke. He took over $1,800 of merchandise taken from a Wilma Rudolph Boulevard store.
Adkins has been out of jail since October 2011 after serving time for a DUI charge. Adkins was last seen at the Kroger’s at Dover Crossing early Saturday morning, December 23rd.

Clarksville Police are Looking for Two Men on a Shoplifting Spree
One of the Men is out on Bond for an Aggravated Robbery
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is looking for two men; David Preston Saunders charged for a July 4th, 2011 Aggravated Robbery of Walgreens released on Bond in August, picked up on December 7th, 2011 for Fraud, released on Bond again and Joseph Brent Adkins released from jail in October 2011 after serving time for a DUI charge.
Saunders and Adkins have been seen in Adkins’ 2005 Blue Dodge pickup truck, Tennessee Tag, 476-XMF.

Clarksville Police need assistance in locating a Man involved in a Home Invasion
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s assistance to help locate Dekota Marquez Kelly (B/M, DOB: 10/27/88). He has three warrants on file: Criminal Court Capias, Evading Arrest and a Petition to Revoke.
He has an extensive criminal history involving home invasion, robbery, evading, and burglary.
Dekota Marquez Kelly is wanted by Clarksville Police.

Bank Robber Calls Cab Before Robbing Bank
A man down on his luck, homeless, and trying to get enough money to move himself and his mother to another city took matters in his own hands and robbed a bank.
Vincent John Puccia entered Legends Bank, 1950 Madison Street, around 2:25pm today, walked up to one of the clerks, passed a note to a teller to give him money, and lifted his shirt to show the teller a gun; he never pointed the gun at the tellers. Also, there was one other customer in the bank at the time. Once the teller gave him the money, he left the bank and entered a cab, which he had called for prior to the robbery, and fled from the scene.
