Ford Motor Company recalls over 450,000 Fiesta, Fusion and Lincoln MKS vehicles because Doors may Unexpectedly Open

 

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration - NHTSAWashington, D.C. – Ford Motor Company (Ford) notified the agency on April 23rd, 2015, that they are recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ vehicles manufactured July 1st, 2012, to May 31st, 2013, and 2012-2014 Fiesta vehicles manufactured February 1st, 2012, to May 31st, 2013.

2014 Ford Fiesta is one of the vehicle models being recalled.

Blue Bell Ice Cream recalls all of it’s products due to possible Health Risk

 

Blue Bell Ice CreamBrenham, TX – Blue Bell Ice Cream of Brenham, Texas, is voluntarily recalling all of its products currently on the market made at all of its facilities including ice cream, frozen yogurt, sherbet and frozen snacks because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headaches, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Blue Bell enhanced sampling program revealed that Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream half gallons produced on March 17th, 2015, and March 27th, 2015, contained the bacteria.

Nissan recalling over 460,000 Rogue vehicles due to possible electrical short, fire

 

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration - NHTSAWashington, D.C. – Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2008-2013 Nissan Rogue vehicles manufactured March 7th, 2007, to November 26th, 2013, and 2014 Nissan Rogue Select vehicles manufactured September 23rd, 2013, to July 2nd, 2014.

The affected vehicles may experience an electrical short in the harness connector due to a mixture of snow/water and salt seeping through the carpet on the driver side floor near the harness connector.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration - NHTSAWashington, D.C. – The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports Chrysler Group LLC (Chrysler) is recalling certain model year 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks manufactured January 28th, 2004, to August 3rd, 2005.

In the affected vehicles, the rear axle pinion nut may loosen due to an undersized spline on the pinion gear.
