Clarksville, TN – On May 11th, 2013, the Clarksville Police Department received a complaint that someone had damaged the Doughboy Statue and taken the Rifle. The Statue is located at 200 Legion Street in front of the Clarksville Transit System Transit Center. Apparently it was done during the night.

Clarksville Police subdued Suicidal Man with gun who wanted a battle with Police

Clarksville, TN – On March 16th, 2013, around 3:15pm, Clarksville Police responded to a 911 call about a man with a gun on Klines Alley who wanted a gun battle with Police.
Officer Patrick Wyatt was the first officer to arrive and saw an intoxicated 66 year old man sitting on the porch of a West Washington Street (Klines Alley and West Washington Street intersect) residence holding a rifle.

Clarksville Police report Two People Shot when Men walk into Party and start shooting

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are still sorting through different accounts of the sequence of events which occurred at 135 Westfield Court, apartment 106, on January 31st, 2013, around 10:30pm.
Officers responded to several reports of shots fired at 135 Westfield Court. When officers arrived they found a chaotic scene with multiple victims/witnesses in and outside of apartment 106. Officers found one man inside of apartment 106 with a gunshot wound to the leg.

Public Assistance Requested

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to locate property which was stolen during a March 27th, 2011 Aggravated Burglary at 1858 Patricia Drive, Clarksville TN. The homeowners were out of town, returned home, and found that the front door had been kicked open and numerous items removed from the residence.
