Clarksville Gas and Water Department continues work on Madison Street, report road closure in Downtown Clarksville

Clarksville, TN - The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has been very busy as of late. According to a press release, crews will continue working on Madison Street today.
Clarksville Gas and Water crews will continue natural gas line inspection and maintenance work today on Madison Street beginning at 9:30am. Crews will close both westbound lanes of Madison Street from Tanglewood Drive to Liberty Parkway until 2:30pm. Clarksville Gas and Water Department announces another road closure and water outage
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed approximately 500 feet of the outer westbound lane of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard to traffic from Westfield Court to Fair Brook Place. Construction crews are working to locate and repair a water main leak on this section of Wilma Rudolph and anticipate work to be complete and the road reopened by approximately 5:00pm. «Read the rest of this article»

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water construction crews will once again be working on Madison Street today, January 3rd, closing both westbound lanes of Madison Street from Tanglewood Drive to Liberty Parkway. Crews will close the lanes at 9:30am to 2:30pm for natural gas line maintenance and inspection work.
The center lane will be designated for travel for westbound traffic.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Old Russellville Pike Water Outage and Road Closure

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Old Russellville Pike between Idaho Springs Road and Andrew Jackson Drive to replace a water valve. The work is expected to be complete and water service restored by approximately 12:00pm.
Cave Road will be closed during the repairs between Old Russellville Pike and Heritage Drive. Traffic will be detoured to Dunbar Cave Road and Andrew Jackson Drive for access to the Cave Road neighborhood.
Clarksville Gas and Water extends Jackson Road Closure
Monday-Friday, October 1st-5th, 2012
Clarksville, TN – Water main line installation work that began this week on Jackson Road has been extended through next week. A Clarksville Gas and Water contractor will close Jackson Road daily from 6:30am to 5:30pm between Hudson Drive and Spencer Lane to allow the work to continue.
Westbound traffic will be detoured to Spencer Lane and Randell Drive and eastbound traffic will be detoured to Hudson Drive and Randell Drive during the daily work hours.

Clarksville Gas and Water announces Denny Road Closure Planned for Wednesday

Clarksville, TN – A Clarksville Gas and Water contractor will close Denny Road tomorrow morning at 8:00am to begin a sewer force main installation project. The road will be closed from 8:00am to 5:00pm between the Highway 41A Bypass and Birnam Wood Trace.
Traffic will be detoured to Highway 12 and East Old Ashland City Road for access to Denny Road and Birnam Wood Trace.
Clarksville Gas and Water reports Idaho Springs Road Closure

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed Idaho Springs Road to traffic from Front Street to Hay Market Road to install a fire hydrant. Work is expected to be complete by 12:00pm.
Construction crews will detour traffic to Front Street or Dunbar Dell Road.
