Nashville, TN – With 4:25 left in the fourth quarter, Matt Hasselbeck threw a short 5 yard touchdown pass to Kenny Britt to tie the game with the Pittsburgh Steelers at 23. On the change of possession, the Steelers started at their own 11 yard line.
Ben Roethisberger took the Steelers down to the Titans 36. Shaun Suisham attempted a 54 yard field goal but came up just short of the goal post.

Tennessee Titans beat the Detroit Lions in Overtime 44-41

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans got the ball first in overtime. Starting on their own 20 yard line, the Titans took the ball down to the Detroit Lions 15 yard line in 13 plays. Rob Bironas kicked a 26 yard field goal to put the Titans on top 44-41.
After the ensuing kickoff, the Lions started on their own 22 yard line. After 8 plays, the Lions had fourth and one at the Tennessee 7. Lions coach Jim Schwartz decided to go for it instead of letting Jason Hanson kick the tying field goal. Tennessee Titans lose to the San Diego Chargers 38-10

San Diego, CA – Antonio Gates may have been sidelined with sore ribs, but that did not slow the San Diego Chargers Sunday. Dante Rosario stepped in and had a career day fueling the Chargers to a 38-10 win over the Tennessee Titans.
Rosario scored twice in the first quarter. The first on a 11 yard pass from Philip Rivers and the second on a 4 yard pass. This put the Chargers up 14-0 over the Titans. Rosario ended the day catching four passes for 48 yards and three touchdowns. «Read the rest of this article»
