Clarksville Police arrest a man recently released from Jail for Burglary

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – A man who was incarcerated August 3rd, 2011 for Theft, Burglary, and Violation of Probation was released from jail on May 22nd, 2012, failed miserably trying to go straight, and is headed back to jail today.

On June 1st, around noon, a property owner caught Kyro Lan Quinto red-handed in a nearly completed, new construction house at 1718 Cabana Drive trying to remove copper air conditioning tubing from inside the house. «Read the rest of this article»

Clarksville Police are Requesting Assistance in Locating Man with Warrants on File

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to locate Woodard Webster Bowley (B/M, DOB: 5-30-89, 6’2, 185lbs). Bowley was in jail for an Aggravated Burglary. He was on jail furlough to a medical facility and left (escaped) prior to completion of treatment.

After leaving the facility, he then committed an Aggravated Burglary on Heritage Point Circle. A 45 caliber Glock pistol was taken in the burglary.

Clarksville Police Request Assistance Identifying and Locating Robbery Suspects

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for assistance identifying suspects involved in a robbery of an individual which took place November 11th, 2011, around 8:30pm.

A 32 year old male was supposed to meet a female that he had originally met a few days earlier named “Cookie”, in front of 232 Pin Oak drive.  When he arrived three males jumped out of a PT cruiser with guns, pistol whipped him, robbed him of almost $3,000 in cash and jewelry, fired a round from a gun and fled from the area.

Juvenile Cause Extensive Damage to Glenellen Elementary School

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On September 18th, 2011, around 3:55pm, 911 received a call about juveniles with bats and hammers breaking out windows at Glenellen Elementary School, 825 Needmore Road. When officers arrived, witnesses pointed officers to a possible location for the vandals.

The juveniles were located and the subsequent investigation determined that two 9 year old males (both students at Glenellen) and a 13 year old male were responsible for the extensive damage caused to the school.

Clarksville Police release video of Attempted Kidnapping Suspect’s vehicle

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department released a video this afternoon of the kidnapping suspect’s White Ford Ranger Extended Cab in the Walmart parking lot.

The vehicle involved in the attempted kidnapping is believed to be a 2000-2004 Extended Cab Ford Ranger.

Bank Robber Identified by missing False Teeth

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN - A man was taken in custody a little after midnight on July 1st, 2011, for the robbery of the Heritage Bank at 3845 Trenton Road. Good old fashion Police work and assistance from the media were instrumental in developing a suspect in the bank robbery in less than 24 hours after the crime was committed.

Shortly after the media aired or published the pictures and video from the bank robbery, tips flowed into the Police Department. One of the tipsters identified the suspect, Kenneth Evan Powers facially, but also recognized that Powers did not have his false teeth in at the time of the robbery.

Police Find Gun Under Child Safety Seat Which an 8 Month Old Child had Been Occupying

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On March 31st, 2011, Police were investigating some residential burglaries when they received a tip about a burglary suspect, Misty Nanney, entering a business. When officers arrived, they found Nanney had stolen property in her possession and was taken into custody.

Officers also found another woman in her company, Larissa Green, who had driven Nanney to the business. Officers were given consent to look in the vehicle and found additional stolen property inside. Green, her 8 month old child, Nanney, and the vehicle were taken to the police precinct to continue the investigation.

Larissa Green and Misty Lynn Nanney were arrested for Theft, possession of Drug Paraphenalia and other charges March 31st 2011 in Clarksville TN.

Public Assistance Requested

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to locate property which was stolen during a March 27th, 2011 Aggravated Burglary at 1858 Patricia Drive, Clarksville TN. The homeowners were out of town, returned home, and found that the front door had been kicked open and numerous items removed from the residence.

Barge Shooting Suspect booked into Montgomery County Jail

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN - Clarksville Police arrested Luis Dechoudens this afternoon. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail at 8:14pm.

Dechoudens and Daniel Lee Hart were on the bank of the Cumberland River March 12th shooting a .22 caliber weapon at a passing barge. One victim was taken to Gateway Hospital with broken glass injuries.
