The drive was the only positive moment in what was otherwise a down day for Tennessee as the Green Bay Packers romped to a 55-7 victory Sunday. Tennessee Titans are Set for the Start of Training Camp


Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Titans are scheduled to begin training camp this week at Baptist Sports Park in Nashville. Rookies and quarterbacks reported on Tuesday, July 24th, and they will be joined by the remaining veterans on Friday, July 27th.

Fans of the Titans can get their first glimpse of the 2012 squad on Sunday, July 29th, the first of 13 total training camp practices that will be free for the public to attend. Tennessee Titans Sign Draft Picks Taylor Thompson and Scott Solomon


Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans agreed on contract terms with fifth-rounder Taylor Thompson and seventh-rounder Scott Solomon.

Thompson was a defensive end at Southern Methodist University, who started 43 consecutive games and totaled 18 sacks and 139 tackles. He will transition to tight end in the NFL, which was his position of choice as a high school player but wasn’t an available position at SMU. Tennessee Titans Agree to Terms with Linebacker Zach Brown


Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with second-round selection Linebacker Zach Brown.

Brown played in 47 games at the University of North Carolina and totaled 230 tackles, seven interceptions and 5.5 sacks during his college career. As a senior, he started 12 games and registered 105 tackles, three interceptions and 5.5 sacks.

The Titans now have agreed to terms with four of the seven draft selections. Only Kendall Wright, Taylor Thompson and Scott Solomon remain unsigned.
