Nashville PredatorsNashville, TN – The Nashville Predators return to the Bridgestone Arena, battered and bruised, and desperately trying to make the play-offs, when they host the St. Louis Blues Tuesday night at 7:00pm CT in “Smashville.”

The Predators are coming off two hard fought losses to the Chicago Blackhawks over the weekend.

Nashville recorded a 4-2-1 record over the long road trip and return to “Smashville” with momentum.

Nashville Predators stick it to St. Louis Blues 6-1

 

Nashville PredatorsSt. Louis, MO – The Nashville Predators came out hard and fast putting up 3 goals in the first period against the St. Louis Blues. Nashville goaltender Pekka Rinne makes key saves down the line to keep the Blues in check which helped the Predators to a 6-1 win at the Scottrade Center.

Nashville Predators get shutout at St. Louis Blues 3-0

 

Nashville PredatorsSt. Louis, MO – Patrik Berglund was racing down the right side when Mike Fisher came from behind and tripped him right as he made a cut to the goal. Berglund was awarded a penalty shot.

He managed to beat Pekka Rinne with a wrist shot at 9.26 into the second period to give the St. Louis Blues a 2-0 lead in the game over the Nashville Predators.

Nashville Predators release 2012 Pre-Season Schedule

 

Nashville PredatorsNashville, TN – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the Predators will open their seven-game 2012 preseason schedule with a doubleheader at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, FL, for the second consecutive season on Monday, September 24th.

Nashville Predators reassign Forward Blake Geoffrion to Milwaukee Admirals

 

Nashville PredatorsNashville, TN – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned forward Blake Geoffrion to Milwaukee (AHL) and placed defenseman Kevin Klein on injured reserve.

Geoffrion, 23 (2/3/88), has three assists in 22 games for the Predators this season, and one assist in three games for the Admirals.
