Perez was joined by U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky David J. Hale; United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee Jerry E. Fort Campbell, KY – Thomas E. Perez, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, will discuss the enforcement of laws aimed at protecting the rights of servicemembers in the housing, lending, disability, voting and employment contexts, including recent settlements under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) at Fort Campbell, May 17th, 2012.
