Clarksville Police Department has Four New Officers Sworn in

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN- On Friday, March 1st, Clarksville Commissioner of Finance, Debbie Frazier, administered the oath of office to four new Clarksville Police Department Officers.

The new Police officers are Stephen Hurt, Nicholas Holley, Robert Pasionek, and Shelby Murray.

The new officers have begun their in-house training and will attend the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy class in Donelson, TN, March 17th – May 24th, 2013.

Police Academy Graduates Prepare to Hit the Clarksville Streets

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The newest Police Academy graduates will soon be hitting the streets. The seven officers graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy on October 12th, 2012.

The officers excelled during their 10 weeks at the academy. Two officers, Chris Bailey and Robert Blamer were ranked number two and three, respectively, in their graduating class of 48 officers.

Clarksville Police Department swears in Six New Officers

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police welcomed six new officers to their ranks today. Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan administered the Oath of Office to the Police Department’s newest additions.

They will attend the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy from October 14th – December 21st, 2012.

Clarksville Police Department adds Seven New Officers

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is happy to welcome seven new officers to their ranks yesterday. Commissioner of Finance, Mr. Ben Griffin, administered the Oath of Office to the Police Department’s newest additions.

They will attend the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy from August 5th – October 12th, 2012.

Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy Graduates take Honors

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department has once again been able to showcase the quality of officers hired, by achieving a Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy first at their May 25th, 2012 graduation.

Officer Jesse Zumbro was the first person in the academy’s history to, singularly, take the Honor Graduate, Outstanding Officer, and Leadership awards.

Clarksville Police Department has Seven New Officers take Oath of Office

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department welcomed seven new officers to its ranks on March 1st, 2012. Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan administered the Oath of Office to the new officers in a ceremony at City Hall.

The newly hired officers will attend the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, March 18th-May 25th, 2012.

Police Academy Graduates take Honors

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department achieved Top honors at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy Graduation, December 16th. Officer Jesse Scott was awarded the prestigious John R. Cunningham Award for Outstanding Officer for top overall score for academic and practical skills application.

Officer Scott and six fellow officers will soon be hitting the streets.

Ten New Officers Hitting the Streets

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Ten new Clarksville Police officers will soon be hitting the streets after graduating from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy July 29th. They are entering 14 weeks with Field Training Officers to develop their on the job skills after learning basic law enforcement techniques in the academy.

They are closely evaluated during the Field Training phase and  are required to be well-versed in the local, state, and federal laws that apply to their law enforcement duties. They will also be closely scrutinized on their interpersonal skills when interacting with the public and coworkers. After successful completion of field training, officers will be  allowed to go solo and be assigned to a duty position.

Quality of Officers Hired is Reaffirmed

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department’s  two latest Police Academy graduates reaffirms the quality of the officers hired.  Officers Jeff Lucenti and Brandon Myers graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy October 8th, 2010. Both officers distinguished themselves while at the academy.
