Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators and Columbus Blue Jackets meet for the third time in the last 17 days on Thursday night, April 4th, at Bridgestone Arena with one more game between the soon-to-be ex-Central Division rivals on the final day of the season – April 27th at Nationwide Arena. The game starts at 7:00pm.
Last time these teams met on March 23rd in Nashville, Taylor Beck scored his first career goal and added an assist to earn first star honors in a 5-2 victory at Bridgestone Arena.

Nashville Predators recall Chris Mueller from Milwaukee Admirals

Nashville, TN – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Chris Mueller from the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL).
Mueller, 27 (3/6/86), posted three points (2g-1a) during a six-game stint with the Predators from March 15-31. The West Seneca, NY, native has appeared in 25 games for the Predators dating back to the 2010-11 season, posting six points assists (2g-4a). He also has 36 points (18g-18a) in 55 games with the Admirals in 2012-13.

Nashville Predators play Colorado Avalanche at Bridgestone Arena tonight

Nashville, TN – The Colorado Avalanche make their lone visit to Bridgestone Arena in 2012-13 on Tuesday night, the third and final game between them and the Nashville Predators this season and second contest in the last four games.
On Saturday in the teams’ second matinee game at Pepsi Center this season, goaltenders Pekka Rinne and Semyon Varlamov stole the show, stopping a combined 57-of-58 shots over nearly 61 minutes of play. The Predators would fall 1-0 in overtime, but earn at least a point for the fifth time in their last six trips to Denver (4-1-1 record).

Nashville Predators reassign Chris Mueller to Milwaukee Admirals

Nashville, TN – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned forward Chris Mueller to Milwaukee (AHL).
Mueller, 27 (3/6/86), posted three points (2g-1a) during his six-game stint with the Predators, scoring his first NHL goal on March 19th at the Columbus Blue Jackets, and his first game-winning goal on Monday against the Edmonton Oilers. Mueller, 27 (3/6/86), leads the Admirals in goals (18), and is second on the club in points (36) in 2012-13. The West Seneca, NY, native has appeared in 19 games for the Predators dating back to the 2010-11 season, posting three assists. Nashville Predators recall defenseman Victor Bartley from Milwaukee Admirals

Nashville, TN – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled defenseman Victor Bartley (VIHK-tohr BAHRT-lee) from Milwaukee Admirals (AHL).
Bartley, 24 (2/17/88), leads Milwaukee defensemen and is ranked among the AHL’s Top 20 defensemen in points with 26 (7g-19a) in 54 games. He attended Predators training camp this season, but was reassigned to the Admirals before appearing in a game.
