Tennessee Bureau of Investigation adds Jerrell Sizemore from Pulaski to State’s Top Ten Most Wanted List

 

Fugitive states that he will not go back to Jail

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added a Pulaski man wanted for homicide to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list today after he removed an ankle monitoring device and fled authorities.

Jerrell Martinez Sizemore, 24, last known address 520 Mitchell Street, is wanted by the Pulaski Police Department on one count of first degree murder.

On May 13th, 2013, Sizemore went to 425 East Woodring Street where he knew the victim, Brandon Stinnett, was located. Sizemore shot Stinnett multiple times in the upper body killing him.

One of Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, Coty Holmes, Captured in Florida

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation removed a wanted fugitive from the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list today after the U.S. Marshals Service captured him in Fort Walton, Florida this afternoon.

Coty Keith Holmes (left in photo), of 197 Rhoads Lane, Hillsboro, TN, was wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and TBI for one count of first degree murder and one count of felony murder for the beating death of 26-year-old Corey Nathanial Matthews.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation adds Danyon Lydell Dowlen of Clarksville to Tennessee’s Top Ten Most Wanted List

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation today added a Clarksville man wanted for questioning in a September homicide to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitive list in an effort to locate him and take him into custody on an outstanding warrant related to the murder.

Danyon Lydell Dowlen, 39, last known address 122 West Drive, Clarksville is wanted by the Clarksville Police Department on one count of being a felon in possession of a handgun.

Top Ten Fugitive Wanted for Assault, Civil Rights Intimidation

 

Two Others In Custody In Cheatham County

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation today has added a Cheatham County, TN man to its Top Ten Most Wanted fugitive list after he remains on the run three days after warrants were issued for his arrest.

Forty-two-year-old Dayton Scarbrough is wanted on four counts of aggravated assault and four counts of civil rights intimidation from an incident that occurred in the aftermath of the May 2010 flooding in Middle Tennessee.

TBI Top Ten Fugitive captured in Guatemala

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – One of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives has been captured in Guatemala and is being held by immigration authorities until he can be transported back to the United States.

Jeffrey Lynn Cassman, 34, was detained yesterday after he was located living with his wife and children in Cuidad Vieja, near Anitgua, Guatemala. Cassman fled Tennessee in 2008 to avoid prosecution and was added to the state’s Most Wanted list in March of 2010.

Jeffrey Lynn CassmanCassman was wanted by the FBI and Dickson County Sheriff’s Office for mail fraud, securities fraud and three counts of theft.

Cassman is accused of bilking several victims out of thousands of dollars between January 2003 and November 2005 using an investment scheme. Cassman is expected to be turned over to FBI agents

Top Ten prison escapee captured

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation today removed an escaped prisoner from its Top Ten Most Wanted list after he was captured committing a burglary in Chattanooga, TN.

Arthur Gareth Milks, 38, was taken into custody last night by the Chattanooga Police Department after someone called them with a tip that Milks was burglarizing the Morgan Motor Company car dealership. He was arrested at the scene.

Milks was wanted by the Tennessee Department of Correction after escaping from the Henderson County Jail on Sunday, July 25th, 2010. He was serving a 22-year prison sentence for possession of prohibited weapons, burglary, theft and vandalism.

Milks was booked into the Hamilton County Jail.

Chris Nachampasak, 20, last known address 416 Castleview Court, Murfreesboro, TN, is wanted by the Smyrna Police Department on one count of first degree murder.

Nashville murder suspect placed on State’s Top Ten List

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is offering a reward for information leading to the capture and arrest of a man wanted for a recent Nashville, TN murder. He’s the latest addition to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list.
