Woman charged with filing false report of auto theft

Victoria Anne Garcia (W/F), 24, of 323 Belaire Dr, Franklin, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with filing a false police report. She has a $500 bond.
On February 17, at 8:01 p.m. officers responded to a call about a stolen vehicle. The alleged victim, Victoria Garcia, told officers that she spent the night at a friend’s house with several people she did not know. She said when she woke up her keys and cars were missing. According to Garcia, she did not allow anyone to use the car. At that point, officers began looking for the vehicle. «Read the rest of this article»
