Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office issues Warrants for Bounty Hunters

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) have issued arrest warrants for three bounty hunters working for Grumpy’s Bail Bonds for assault and failure to follow state laws on bounty hunting procedures.

Andrew Scott Giarratano, 29, Charles Victor Mullins, 33, Jason Glendale Woosley, 36, went to a residence in the 2000 block of River Road at approximately 12:45am on November 16th, 2018, to take into custody two individuals who had misdemeanor warrants of out of Hickman County.

Clarksville Police are searching for Zemarcus Ligon for Attempted Aggravated Robbery

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report that on December 31st, 2018, a woman made arrangements to meet Vintavious Williams at Greenwood Avenue to purchase an Apple IPhone.

But, when she arrived on Greenwood Avenue, she was approached by another man, Zemarcus Ligon, instead of Williams. Ligon produced a handgun and demanded her money at which time the victim kicked Ligon’s hand.

Zemarcus Ligon is wanted by Clarksville Police for Attempted Aggravated Robbery.

Clarksville Police are Looking for Timothy Hutcherson with Multiple Felony Charges for Failing to Return after Furlough

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report that Timothy True Hutcherson, who was in jail on multiple felony charges, was released to a furlough by a court order and failed to return to the Montgomery County Jail at the completion of his furlough and is currently at large.

Hutcherson was incarcerated for a sentence imposed by general session’s court and pending trial on Homicide, Two Count of Attempted Murder, Three Counts of Aggravated Assault, Two Counts of Possession of a Firearm during Felony, and Reckless Endangerment.

Clarksville Police are looking for Theft Suspect Jeramie Privette

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are requesting assistance locating Jeramie Privette, height 5’11, weight 185, Brown Hair, and Blue Eyes. He has a Felony Theft warrant on file in Clarksville.

On October 17th, 2018, Privette was in a Memorial Drive residence working for a flooring company. The victim found items missing from her residence after the flooring company completed their work.

Clarksville Police say Kenneth Woods served with Aggravated Robbery Warrant while in Jail

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Sunday, November 4th, 2018, around 4:40am, Clarksville Police report Kenneth Kenta Woods was booked into the Montgomery County Jail for Aggravated Robbery, Resisting, and Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Firearm.

The Aggravated Robbery charge stemmed from Woods’ involvement during a drug transaction in September 2018 where multiple people were robbed, including the drug dealer.

Clarksville Police are looking for Brendan Earl for Aggravated Assault

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for Brendan Earl, age 23, height 6’3, weight 165lbs, with Blue eyes. He has an Aggravated Assault warrant on file.

According to a 29 year old male victim and witness accounts, Brendan Earl deliberately hit the victim, for an unknown reason, on Fort Campbell Boulevard with a Cadillac stolen out of Wilson County. After hitting the victim, Earl got into a blue Dodge Avenger driven by a female and fled the scene.

Clarksville Police take Eric Davis into Custody after Fleeing from Officers

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Eric Tyreese Davis is now in custody after fleeing from Clarksville Police.

Around 11:50am, Clarksville Police Officer Evon Parkes was running radar on Warfield Boulevard and clocked a black BMW going 70 mph in a 50 mph zone. Officer Parkes activated his emergency equipment and pulled out behind the car to make a traffic stop.

Clarksville Police asks public help finding Eric Davis with Aggravated Assault Warrant

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate Eric Tyreese Davis, age 21, height 5’0, weight 170lbs. He has an active Aggravated Assault warrant.

On Sunday, July 1st, 2018 at 12:08pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shooting already occurred at Grassland Drive. When they arrived, they found a 67 year old man who had sustained a gunshot wound to the foot.

Based on the investigation, there had been a verbal altercation between multiple individuals which escalated, resulting in the 67 year old man being shot.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assists in seizure of Millions in Meth

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The 19th Judicial District Task Force with the assistance of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit seized 54 pounds of crystal meth along with $7000 in cash on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018.

Working off of information provided by the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force, agents developed probable cause for the issuance of a search warrant in the North Clarksville area.

Upon execution of the search warrant agents found 54 pounds of a crystalline substance wrapped in individual packages.

54 pounds of crystal meth and $7000 in cash was seized on Wednesday in the North Clarksville area.
