APSU senior selected for national ODK leadership program this summer

Austin Peay State University LogoDevelop a new skill, explore a new idea, learn a new language or seek a new career with a class from Austin Peay State University’s Center for Extended and Distance Education. Register early and receive a 10 percent discount on selected courses. Preregistration is required for each course.

Computer software applications

  • MS Excel 2007 will meet from 6-8 p.m., Wednesdays and Mondays, June 3-17 at 106 Public Square, Clarksville. (course $127, lab $5, supply $5)
  • MS Office Skills Workshop-Moving from XP/2003 to 2007 will meet from 6-8:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 9-18 at 106 Public Square, Clarksville. (course $127, lab $5, supply $5)

TSBDC

  • Starting and Financing a Small Business will meet from 10 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, June 2 at US Bank, Clarksville. (free)

Parenting, health and safety

  • Parents, Children and Divorce, the court-mandated seminar for divorcing parents, will meet in Dickson County from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday, May 16 at the Renaissance Center, Room 220. (course $35, text $15)
