Clarksville Young Professionals to host mentoring Seminar

The value of mentors for career and leadership development will be the subject of a seminar being sponsored by the Clarksville Young Professionals. Dan Ryan will be the guest speaker at the breakfast seminar on March 9. Ryan will share how to find a mentor, the benefits of having a mentor, and how it can influence personal and business development.

Dan Ryan is a Senior Consultant at The Human Capital Group in Nashville. He is an established speaker who has worked with firms worldwide on leadership effectiveness. In his career, he has worked with firms starting from scratch, experiencing rapid growth or going through retrenchment. These experiences enable him to understand and empathize with leaders facing a variety of challenging situations. He specializes in Retained Executive Search, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Alignment as well as Organizational Effectiveness consulting.

He  has an MEd. from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Tennessee State University, and a BS in Engineering Physics from Murray State University. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member for Belmont University.
