APSU faculty, staff recognized for their achievements

Several faculty and staff members at Austin Peay State University have achieved recent accomplishments.

Kimara Clarke, licensed professional counselor and mental health service provider in the Student Counseling Services, received the Education Specialist in school counseling. She graduated with honor. 

Kim Coats, administrative assistant in the department of health and human performance, earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies.

Dr. Tristan Denley, provost and vice president of academic affairs, graduated May 17th from the Class of 2010 Leadership Clarksville program.

Tabitha Gilliland, coordinator of Student Affairs Publications and Marketing and adviser of The All State student newspaper and The Monocle yearbook, received a Master of Arts in communication.

Veronica Jackson, senior administrative assistant in Legal Affairs and Strategic Planning, received the Bachelor of Professional Studies. She graduated cum laude.

Tina Massey, office supervisor in Public Relations and Marketing, received the Bachelor of Professional Studies. She graduated summa cum laude.

Dennis Pearson, assistant professor in the College of Business, graduated May 17th from the Class of 2010 Leadership Clarksville program.

Steve Wilson, assistant director of Web and multimedia design, graduated May 17th from the Class of 2010 Leadership Clarksville program.
