You are invited to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Adult Literacy Council’s 2nd Annual Volunteers Workshop at 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm today at the Greenwood Complex (430 Greenwood Ave). Bring a friend, get a sitter for the kids and prepare to be entertained and informed!
The Workshop will feature a speech by celebrated author, Michael Shoulders. An awarding winning writer of children’s books Shoulders’ speaks nationally on the importance of writing, the writing process, how books are created and goal setting in “Writing: The Magic of Telling a Story” The author will be signing copies of his books and will have copies available for purchase.
Admission is free and there will be several door prizes. Plenty of free parking in the back parking lot.

About Michael Shoulders
Having been involved in education for more than 30 years, Dr. Michael Shoulders travels extensively, visiting schools and speaking at conferences across the country. In addition to authoring the companion title, Say Daddy!, he has written several books for Sleeping Bear Press, including G is for Gladiator: An Ancient Rome Alphabet.
