Community Centers’ Hours to Change for Election Day

Clarksville Parks and RecreationThe City of Clarksville’s three community centers will adjust their hours of operation for Election Day.  On Tuesday, November 2nd, the community centers will be open from 10am to 7pm.

Head over to any of our three community centers for some FUN! Kleeman Community Center located at 166 Cunningham Lane will begin offering two archery classes for youth grades 4-12. A beginner class will be held from 4-5pm and an advanced class will be from 5-6pm. The four week session will begin November 1st and the cost is $10 per student.

Step your way to healthy! Join others at Burt Cobb Community Center located at 1011 Franklin Street, every Tuesday from 4:30-5:30pm to learn step routines and to showcase your skills. The cost of the class is free, but a community center I.D. card is required. I.D. Cards can be purchased for $5 and are valid for one year at all three community centers.

The Crow Community Center, located at 211 Richview Road, is home to Senior Walkers three times a week.  If you’re looking for somewhere you can walk indoors and for the opportunity to socialize with other seniors, come out to the Crow between 9-11am on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10-11am on Fridays.
