APSU Women’s Track and Field

“This is the best start, out of the gate, that we’ve had since I’ve been here,” Molnar said. “I was really impressed with where our long sprint group is; coach (Troy) Morris did a great job with that group over the fall.”

The sprinters were led by Cenitra Hudson’s ninth-place prelim finish in the 60-meter dash (7.91), which is less than four-tenths of a second off Sherlonda Johnson’s school record 7.68 time. Hudson’s mark was well improved from her 2010 personal best of 8.26.
