Parks & Recreation announces winners of the Queen City Road Race Art Contest

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is happy to announce the winners of the Queen City Road Race Art Contest. Two finalists were selected from each of the participating elementary schools.

The overall winning artwork is featured on the official race T-shirt and event poster. Along with that honor, the top finalist has been awarded $100.00 for their art class. The top three finalists each won a Subway party for their art class. Each finalist received a certificate and art kit which were presented at their schools.

The top three finalists were:

  • First place – Madison Rios, Moore Magnet
  • Second place – Carleah Ludiker, Woodlawn Elementary
  • Third place – Sadie Walker, Barksdale Elementary

The remaining finalists were:

  • Isis Bramel, Moore Magnet
  • Tyjai Williams-Harley, Kenwood Elementary
  • Jacob Delano, Kenwood Elementary
  • Saline Glockner, Hazelwood Elementary
  • Demarcrus Washington, Hazelwood Elementary
  • Kristian McGwire, Clarksville Academy
  • India Gaiten, Clarksville Academy
  • Darian Bricker, Rossview Elementary
  • Ellie Forney, Rossview Elementary
  • Hannah Medlin, Byrns Darden Elementary
  • Taylor Schaal, Byrns Darden Elementary
  • Sherita Hilton, West Creek Elementary
  • Chansez McDonald, West Creek Elementary
  • Alyssa Kilpatrick, Barkers Mill Elementary
  • Jessica Clark, Barker’s Mill Elementary
  • Elizabeth Vanover, Sango Elementary
  • Katelyn Houston, Sango Elementary
  • Carley Mann, Woodlawn Elementary
