Clarksville, TN – There are still several traffic lights which are not operational and it may take ten to twelve hours to bring them back online. The traffic lights which are not operational are primarily located on Fort Campbell Blvd, Purple Heart Parkway, and the intersection of Madison Street and Richview Road. Officers will be directing traffic at key intersections on those routes.
Drivers should keep in mind for those traffic light intersections which are unmanned, they should be treated as four way stops and proceed when it is safe to do so.
Drivers need to pay close attention for the safety of the officers directing traffic and fellow motorists.
