Sounds Open Four-Game Homestand on Saturday

Don Money Bobblehead And Fireworks Kick Off Homestand

Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds return home to Greer Stadium this Saturday, July 30th to open a four-game homestand against the Round Rock Express (Rangers affiliate).

Highlighting the homestand’s worth of promotions will be a McDonald’s Don Money Bobblehead Giveaway, Boy Scout Night, a Nashville’s NEWS 2 postgame fireworks show, and one Purity FAITH NIGHT® concert.

A full slate of fun kicks off the homestand at 6:35pm on Saturday evening when the Round Rock Express visit Music City for the final time this season.

Be sure to arrive early for the opener, as the Sounds celebrate their third-year skipper with Don Money Bobblehead Night. The first 2,000 fans at Greer Stadium will receive a bobblehead featuring the four-time MLB All-Star, sponsored by McDonald’s.

Saturday night is also Boy Scout Night, offering Boy Scouts an opportunity for a fun-filled evening camping right on the field – overnight at Greer Stadium (weather permitting). Combined with postgame Fireworks, courtesy of Nashville’s NEWS 2, Saturday evening is another can’t miss night at the ballpark with the Nashville Sounds! Gates open a half-hour earlier than normal at 5:05pm.

Sunday evening’s 6:35pm contest against Round Rock will be a Purity Sundae Sunday with $1.00 ice cream sundaes available at Greer Stadium. Jonny Diaz will play a Purity FAITH NIGHT® concert on the plaza stage near the first-base entrance. It is also Autograph Day, where a pre-game autograph session will take place on field with members of the Sounds team and coaching staff beginning at 5:55pm. Gates open a half-hour earlier than normal at 5:05pm.

Monday’s 7:05pm contest is the third game of the four-game series with the Express. Hot dogs are priced at only $1.00 at concession stands for Dollar Dog Night, while fans can register to win prizes and experiences involving Sounds manager Don Money for Money Monday. Gates open at 6:05pm.

Tuesday night’s 7:05pm homestand finale is another KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets, when fans will be able to bring in a KRAFT Singles package wrapper/proof of purchase to the box office for a Buy One Get One Free ticket offer. Gates open at 6:05pm.

Following the homestand, Nashville will travel west to begin an eight-game road trip against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox (Rockies affiliate) and Reno Aces (Diamondbacks affiliate) before returning home to Greer Stadium on Friday, August 12th to open an eight-game homestand with the Las Vegas 51s (Blue Jays affiliate) and Tucson Padres (Padres affiliate).
