Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department released the pedestrian’s name who was hit while crossing Fort Campbell Boulevard Tuesday afternoon. His name is Billy Ray Hasty, 49, of Clarksville. He is still in Vanderbilt in extremely critical condition. He underwent surgery this morning.
The lead investigator is Officer Melissa Spielhagen.
