September Chamber of Commerce Events

Clarksville Area Chamber of CommerceClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of September.

The Chamber’s Business After Hours will be held on Thursday, September 15th from 5:00pm-7:00pm. The event will be hosted by Legends Bank, 2120 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. Join us for food, networking and fun. This event is offered at no cost.

On Friday, September 23rd, the Clarksville Young Professionals will be hosting their Annual Crawfish Boil at the Kiwanis Lodge, 1601 Old Russellville Pike. A social will be held from 6:00pm-7:00pm and the dinner will begin at 7:00pm.

On Thursday, September 29th, at 11:30am at the Hilton Garden Inn, 290 Alfred Thun Road, the Chamber will be presenting a Lunch & Learn Series about the Commercial/Business Benefits of Solar Panel Installation. Jason Campbell, with Lightwave Solar Electric, LLC, will be sharing his decade-long experience in renewable energy and will give insight to the incentives driving the industry.

His presentation will touch on the lucrative cost benefits of solar energy and how Tennessean’s are using it today as well as, design and installation criteria to consider when deciding about solar use. Campbell has designed and built over 150 solar electric arrays, including the first commercial installation at The Grand Canyon South Rim Visitor’s Center. He recently achieved the new national North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Certification for Solar Technical Sales and is the only person to have this certification in the state of Tennessee.
