Clarksville High School moved up to No. 4 in the poll and is 22-0 overall and 9-0 in District 10-AAA.

Nashville, TN – The Internal Revenue Service opened the 2012 electronic tax return filing season today with a reminder that e-file remains the best way to get fast refunds and ensure accurate tax returns, and that e-filing can be free for everyone through the IRS Free File program at www.IRS.gov.

If so, now is the time to apply for LBL’s Educational Field Trip Grant for the 2012-2013 school year. The deadline for the field trip grant application is April 30th, 2012.
LBL’s Educational Field Trip Grant is available to public school districts within 100 miles of LBL. The grant assists schools in covering costs for transportation, facility admission fees, program costs, and dorm rental during the 2012-2013 school year. Clarksville, TN – An Austin Peay State University music professor’s expertise in the music of the guzheng instrument, which has seen a revitalization, based on her recent first-hand experience in China will be the next session of the Provost Lecture Series program.

Montgomery County, TN – There was a small fire in an English classroom at Kenwood High School around 11:00am today. The fire was extinguished but all students were evacuated and the Clarksville Fire Department did respond. No one was injured.
