Blanchfield Army Community Hospital observes Memorial Day

Limited services during Day of No Scheduled Activity (DONSA)

Blanchfield Army Hospital - Fort Campbell KYFort Campbell, KY – In honor of Memorial Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holiday Monday, May 28th, therefore all clinics and pharmacies will be closed.

The Emergency Center will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for acute and emergency medical care. Please remember that all patients should check into the Emergency Center for all emergency and urgent care needs.

Limited services Friday, May 25th.

Some patient services will be condensed during a Day of No Scheduled Activities (DONSA) Friday, May 25th. Patients with previously scheduled appointments in the Well Baby Clinic and Screaming Eagle Medical Home will be seen in their assigned clinics. All other patients with scheduled primary care appointments will be seen in the Blue Clinic, regardless of their clinic assignment.

All Soldier health clinics, including LaPointe, Aviation and Byrd, will be closed during the DONSA and holiday. BACH’s Appointment Line 270.798.4677 or 931.431.4677 will be staffed from 6:00am until 4:00pm to schedule or cancel appointments.

To cancel an appointment by phone after business hours, please leave a message. Appointments may also be scheduled or canceled 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.TRICAREonline.com.

The Main Pharmacy within the hospital will be closed Friday, May 25th, however the Town Center Pharmacy will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm. To ensure all prescriptions can be filled, the last pharmacy window ticket will be given at 4:45pm.
