Clarksville’s Movies in the Park to have Free Screening of “Tangled”

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – Join Clarksville Parks and Recreation Saturday, June 2nd, 2012 at Heritage Park Soccer fields for this month’s Movies in the Park event, featuring the computer animated musical fantasy- “Tangled”- rated PG.

Come early to save your spot and check out this year’s new wellness feature, “Move Before the Movies,” presented by Clarksville Parks & Recreation, the YMCA of Clarksville, and the Mayor’s Fitness Council. Children can participate in “kid’s zumba” for a chance to win prizes.

All movies begin at dusk, with pre-show activities beginning an hour prior. To find out “exactly” what time the movie will begin, visit our Facebook page or follow us on Twitter.

Be sure to bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs. As always, you are welcome to bring your picnic basket, but concessions will be available. Sorry no pets allowed.

Visit www.parksafterdark.com, now thru June 30th to vote on the People’s Choice movie. The movie with the most votes will be shown July 21st.
