Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces Burt-Cobb Community Center to offer relief from the Heat

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – Burt-Cobb Community Center, located at 1011 Franklin Street, has been designated as a cooling center to provide relief from the extreme heat expected over the next few days.

The American Red Cross will provide water.

The cooling center will be open June 30th from 11:00am to 7:00pm, July 1st from noon to 7:00pm, and July 2nd-3rd, from 4:00pm to 9:00pm.

There is no cost or ID required when utilizing the shelter to cool off and take a break from the heat.
