Clarksville, TN – Project HELP is a program available to qualified residents of Montgomery County who need help paying their electric bills. The extraordinarily hot weather will create a need for more funds for this program.
“Once again, I am calling on the citizens of Clarksville-Montgomery County to respond,” said Tennessee State Representative Joe Pitts. “The current heat wave will result in very high electric bills for all residents, and hits those on fixed incomes the hardest. Please consider sending tax deductible donations to Project HELP to relieve this burden for “the least of these.”
