Austin Peay Governors Club to host Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours

Clarksville, TN – The Governors Club, in conjunction with the Austin Peay State University athletics department, is hosting the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce’s August Business After Hours, beginning 5:00pm, Thursday, August 16th at APSU’s Pace Alumni Center.

This is the second-straight year for the Govs Club to sponsor the Chamber’s monthly networking event, making it open to all Austin Peay Govs Club members, season-ticket holders and fans as well as Chamber members.

With complimentary food and drinks being served from 5:00pm-7:00pm, those in attendance will have the opportunity to mingle with Chamber members and meet the Austin Peay coaches and staff. APSU President Tim Hall and Govs head football coach Rick Christophel will make remarks and a few door prizes will be awarded.

Those interested in becoming season ticket holders and joining the Governors Club will be able to do so that night. Tickets for the Govs season-opening football contest at Western Kentucky also will be available for a discounted price.
