Clarksville Gas and Water reports College Street Closure Planned Tonight

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water will close all lanes of College Street tonight at 10:00pm for sewer line inspection work. College will be closed to traffic from North Fourth Street to North Second Street and North Third Street will be closed from Main Street to College.

Motorists traveling south on North Second Street will be directed to continue on North Second, Main Street and North Fourth Street for access to College Street. College Street traffic will be detoured to Home Avenue or North Fourth Street.

Sewer inspection work is expected to be complete by 1:00am early Friday morning. Motorists are asked to approach the work zone with caution and to adhere to directional signs.
